Whether legalization passes or not, the usage of marijuana will stay the same, so it might as well be legal. Even those that make the laws of the country have their favorite substance to take the “edge” off of life. So others should be able to use their drug of choice.
Against:
The spread of marijuana is everywhere, and if it were possible to inhabit the moon, people would even try to grow marijuana there.
Money laundering is illegal and this cartoon is accusing the United States Government of money laundering if they legalize marijuana to collect tax revenue.
